Attractant Use
  • All of our attractant lures release octenol and or lactic at rates to attract mosquitoes sandflies and midges.
  • If using a trap pace the lure beside the trap or as recommended by the trap manufacturer.
  • Storage: Store in a cool dry place
  • Disposal: Wrap in paper and place in garbage bin

Safety

If on Skin or clothing

Take off contaminated clothing.

Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15 to 20 minutes.

Contact a doctor for treatment advice.

If in Eyes

Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye.

If Inhaled

Move person to fresh air.

If person if not breathing, call an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably by mouth-to-mouth, if possible.

If Swallowed

Contact a doctor immediately.

Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow.

Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a doctor.

Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Caution: Harmful if swallowed. Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using bathroom facilities. Avoid contact of areas under foil wrapper with skin and eyes.
